It has an extra large 3L water tank that provides 90 minutes of continuous steam time. The foot pedal power control makes it convenient to turn on and off.

Product Information What type of water should I use on my steamer? To prolong the life of your steamer and prevent mineral build-up, we highly recommend using distilled water instead of tap water.

Is it necessary to drain the water and reservoir after each use? Draining the excess water from the tank and reservoir is best practice to prevent mineral build-up and extend the life of your steamer. It also prevents water from spilling during storage.

I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff. The steam hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate the temperature. Once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.

Does it have auto shut-off? While it has an auto temperature regulation that stops producing more heat when the water runs out, it does not have an auto shut-off feature.

How do I attach the steam hose to the steamer? The hose has a double-lock system. Insert the hose into the unit and twist it clockwise in two full cycles while holding the hose from the base. Once locked in place, pull the hose up to ensure it's tightly secured before using the steamer.
